what happens
PASS-AH-CO-SAH (for you trigonometry fans, it rhymes with SOH-CAH-TOA)
Since george.com redirects to a clothing store, I was left no choice but to come up with a new word for my internet outcropping. Passacosa popped into my head and it just so happens that, roughly translated, it’s Italian for What Happens. Seemed like an apt enough title for a blog.
Passacosa’s logo and color pallet were chosen deliberately. The logo's circular shape symbolizes Earth. Blue, green and brown are the three primary colors in nature: sky/water, plants and ground.

I wouldn't have been able to make Passacosa, were it not for the great HTML/CSS/PHP tutorials at w3schools.com.
I'm also grateful to Chris Coyier's Creating And Editing Wordpress Themes video tutorial on lynda.com. His straightforward explanation of how WordPress templates work made it possible for me to bring Passacosa to fruition.
Matthew James Taylor posted a technique on his website for keeping footers at the bottom of the page, which I applied to Passacosa's layout.
